Visiting with a Group

Please note that we typically need at least four weeks' notice to schedule private classes and sessions.

Birthday Parties

While we believe climbing is a wonderful and transformative experience for kids, our climbing gym is not an appropriate setting for a children’s birthday party. A birthday party is a great time for kids to run and play and be silly, but our gym is not the best place for it. For example, kids naturally have a hard time resisting the urge to run across our padded flooring, directly under climbers who could fall on them. We love welcoming children to the world of climbing--especially through our recreational and competitive climbing teams--but we ask that this introduction not be in the form of a birthday party.

Supporting Equitable Access to Climbing

We are especially eager to support access to the gym for local school and non-profit community groups, at reduced or no cost. If you are a local teacher or community leader working with a group of people who might benefit from exposure to climbing, please let us know this in your email.

Facility Waiver

All participants (climbing, fitness or yoga) must have a signed waiver. Minors (17 years and younger) must have a waiver signed by one of their parents or their legal guardian (sorry, aunts and uncles and older siblings, you've got to have Mom and Dad do it). You can also fill it in when you come at one of our waiver terminals, but filling it out online before you come in will make your first check-in easier.
