ASHTANGA INSPIRED

Time: 8:15 PM - 9:30 PM

Unwind and connect to your breath in this class sequenced with Ashtanga-inspired poses

WAKE UP HATHA

Time: 7:00 AM - 8:00 AM

Begin the day bright and early with a balanced morning yoga practice; all levels welcome to explore breath, alignment and asana

FLOW AND LET GO

Time:  8:15 PM - 9:30 PM

Warm up with a playful sequence of poses focused on breath, body awareness, and challenging variations. Cool down with deeper stretches designed to promote flexibility. All levels welcome.

Wednesday

CARDIO W/ MEDVIS

Time: 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM

This class will use crawling and jumping variations to help improve your general fitness level. All exercises are modifiable to better engage any level of athlete!

YOGA FOR CLIMBERS

Time: 8:15 PM - 9:30 PM

Yoga for Climbers: Complement your climbing with a class that creatively combines a mix of yoga traditions (Hatha, Iyengar, Vinyasa) to encourage awareness of your body and breath on the mat, on the wall, and beyond! Beginner to Advanced students welcome, modifications for injuries and all levels will be provided.

Thursday

FLOW AND FOCUS

Time: 7:30 PM - 8:30 PM

Yoga for Climbers: Complement your climbing with a class that creatively combines a mix of yoga traditions (Hatha, Iyengar, Vinyasa) to encourage awareness of your body and breath on the mat, on the wall, and beyond! Beginner to Advanced students welcome, modifications for injuries and all levels will be provided.

Friday

YAN YIN

Time: 7:00 AM  - 8:00 AM

Rooted in vinyasa flow, the first half of class will focus on alignment and building heat. Second half grounds and cools with restorative poses to bring you right into your best Friday

ACRO YOGA

Time: 5:45 PM  - 7:15 PM

A partner practice which combines yoga, acrobatics and Thai massage, acroyoga is a perfect complement to a day of climbing. This workshop introduces concepts of acroyoga and explores poses that can stretch areas often overworked by climbers. No partner or previous experience needed!

MEDITATION & RESTORATIVE YOGA

Time: 7:30 PM - 8:30 PM

Slow down and release tension from your week in this class focused on the observation of breath. Practice furthering your mind body connection through guided mediation and passive stretching which allow your body and mind to relax more deeply. The perfect compliment to an active work out and an excellent antidote to stress.

STRETCH AND FLOW

Time: 11:00 AM - 12:15 PM

Stretch and shine brightly into your weekend! A sun salute warm up flows into strong sequences, full of powerful warriors and fun balance poses ~ followed by a long savasana

CORE AND RECOVERY

Time: 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM

Core and Recovery for climbers is focused on creating a balanced and healthy foundation for improved performance and greater longevity in your climbing practice. The class will blend calisthenics, yoga, and recovery-based developmental movement.

Sunday

RESTORATIVE YOGA

Time:7:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Relaxation and rejuvenation are the focus in this Sunday evening class made up of long, passive stretches and fully restorative poses.
